LCSW / LIMHP

10 hours per week at $85 per hour, as an independent contractor (1099). Pine Ridge Job Corps Center is a residential job training campus about 15 minutes south of Chadron, NE, for young adults ages 16 to 24. Open to LCSWs and LIMHPs. Provide on-site mental health care for students, starting December 2026.

What you will do

• Complete intake assessments and treatment plans for new and referred students.
• Provide short-term therapy, with referrals to longer-term care.
• Respond to mental health crises and refer for psychiatric care when needed.
• Support students with co-occurring substance use, working with the substance use counselor.
• Follow students with ongoing conditions, and lead wellness talks and skill groups.
• Work with the center physician and wellness team, and keep private health records.

What you need

• Active, unrestricted Nebraska license as an LCSW or LIMHP.
• Able to practice independently, without supervision.
• At least 1 year of licensed independent practice with adolescents and young adults.
• Able to get liability coverage of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
• Clinical Psychologists and other Nebraska independent licenses are also welcome.
• Credentials approved by Job Corps before you start; background check and drug test may apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with substance use, crisis care, or residential youth programs such as Job Corps.

Pay and schedule

• Pay: $85 per hour.
• Type: independent contractor (1099), part-time, about 520 hours per year.
• Schedule: 10 hours per week; starts December 2026.
• Where: on site at Pine Ridge Job Corps Center, about 15 minutes south of Chadron, NE.
